Film and digital video are not interchangeable terms, they describe different technologies, different workflows, and different crafts. Film is a photochemical process involving emulsion, physical reels, and laboratory development, while digital video is an electronic process built on sensors, data, codecs, and recorded files. Using the word film automatically defines a medium, even when that medium is not present at all. Words like video, recorded, captured, or observed describe the outcome without mislabeling the toolchain. Accuracy in language is not gatekeeping, it is respect for the technology being used and for the people who built, maintain, and master it. 🙂

Advice for the young Mayor, since their are no businesses in the area you must designate certain areas for open air flea markets, so locals can have opportunities to sell goods to each other. This is how you spark business where their is none.
