Trump stated it was "psycologically important" to him to have Greenland. This is about him, not national security. Interestingly, NATO may end up stronger than ever, only without the US. A true alliance, rather than a superpower and its vassals.

As a Canadian living next to the Madman destroying the country below us I would gladly volunteer to help Denmark defend Greenland! I’m glad that the EU has stepped up and stood up to the Demented idiot running the USA!
It’s time for the world and Canada 🇨🇦 to move on and away from the bullying USA! I hope our Prime Minister succeeds in negotiating with China a country that I am less afraid of than the USA!
