DHS denies targeting the family. In a statement, Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said, “DHS law enforcement NEVER targeted this family or their innocent children,” adding that the family “was the victim of rioters and agitators.”

I was exposed military grade teargas in the army as part of my training and it's awful. It's not just that it affects breathing and eyes, it can be felt on the skin aswell. I can't imagine how kids would feel. The panic and trauma.
