I'm from Ukraine and there are drone attacks near my house almost every day, so thank you very much - it not only helps to drown out the noise, but also allows you to keep your balance, to be in reality but without excessive stress

I'm Native American & far away from home. Thank you for making this. It helps my anxiety and gives me a sense of home that reminds me to slow down.

I rely on bilateral stimulation music to gelp calm my nervous system. There are a lot of them out there but since I'm very sensitive to certain tones/ pitches, not all of them work for me. This one is very effective. I love how you've woven in a Native American sound. I hope you create more like this - Maybe another version with the bilateral sound slowed down a bit. Thanks do much for sharing! β€

I can't find a therapist that will accept new clients, so today I've just been desperately searching YT videos like these... I have severe panic attacks from cptsd (for about 9 months straight, all day long). After watching a few that make me bawl my eyes out relentlessly, my chest has never felt so light... if I continue this daily for a while, and it works, I swear I will have no idea how to ever repay you all who create these audios. Thank you.

Can confirm this works: I can't stop crying after listening to this a few times. I read once that "the only way out is through" and that's what this does for me: activate emotions that needed to come out
