Intelligence isnβt just about test scores.
Psychology shows that everyday habits quietly reveal how the mind actually works.
In this video, we break down common daily behaviors that psychologists associate with lower cognitive flexibility, poor critical thinking, and reduced problem-solving ability β habits many people repeat without realizing their long-term impact.
Youβll discover:
β Why certain habits limit thinking speed and mental clarity
β The difference between intelligence and mental discipline
β How routine behaviors shape cognitive performance over time
β Why reacting emotionally lowers reasoning ability
β Subtle signs of poor critical thinking most people miss
β How to replace damaging habits with smarter mental patterns
This video is not about insulting anyone.
Itβs about awareness, self-correction, and mental growth.
If you care about sharpening your mind, thinking clearly, and avoiding habits that quietly hold you back β this video is for you.

pre-video opinion:
i don't believe in IQ even though i scored high (not high enough to earn any kind of special commendations or anything), so i'm eager to see how many of these habits i have. that being said, psychology is an extremely dynamic field of study as its practitioners are effectively studying self-aware probability engines.

I know people with high IQ but poor emotional intelligence. You ever do a lot of drugs and alcohol?
