“It’s dark because you are trying too hard.
Lightly child, lightly. Learn to do everything lightly.
Yes, feel lightly even though you’re feeling deeply.
Just lightly let things happen and lightly cope with them.
I was so preposterously serious in those days, such a humorless little prig.
Lightly, lightly – it’s the best advice ever given me.
When it comes to dying even. Nothing ponderous, or portentous, or emphatic.
No rhetoric, no tremolos,
no self conscious persona putting on its celebrated imitation of Christ or Little Nell.
And of course, no theology, no metaphysics.
Just the fact of dying and the fact of the clear light.
So throw away your baggage and go forward.
There are quicksands all about you, sucking at your feet,
trying to suck you down into fear and self-pity and despair.
That’s why you must walk so lightly.
Lightly my darling,
on tiptoes and no luggage,
not even a sponge bag,
completely unencumbered.”

Best movie I have ever seen. I know now I'm not alone in my beliefs, and this video verified it. I cried so many tears of joy thru out this movie. The music, the tears, the smiles, the nature, and the love felt as I sit here alone watching this. One of the ladies said it best. "It takes me home" This was a key for me to keep searching for like minded people. Mushrooms have always been my favorite tool to connect to everything created and to source. If I described all the miracles it has done for my mind, body, and soul. I would end up writing a book. I just want to say thank you east forest. For your talent, your insight, and for being you while you are with us on this timeline. You are the stone being thrown into the pond. Which in return has caused a ripple effect felt thru out the Universe. Positive vibes and unconditional love to you brother. Much respect. 🙏❤

I remember my experience with mushrooms + Tibetan Singing Bowls. We had those linger in our home , but I could not understand until I experienced under psychedelic experience. Those experiences changed my whole life, existence , perception, belief, hope and love for everything. I stumbled upon Ram Dass” Be Here Now” . That’s how my spiritual journey started.
Thank you for your beautiful work/ passion and dedication to do these for us. Let’s unite together with sound, love , vibration , energy. ❤Aum ~

I was an addicted street kid in the 60s to early 70s. I was doing shrooms that helped me transition and to clean up. Also helped me quit smoking. But they, shrooms, have limits. The insights they can give you comes with potential dangers.
“Why is the ocean greater than all the lakes and streams? It is greater, for it lies lower than them.”
If you take shrooms and you have a breakthrough, then stop taking them and take up meditation. Be still and listen. It’s all in the listening. Try this under the shade of a beautiful old tree by a creek or pond, and just listen. Once you hear it, it will never leave you. No shrooms required.

This album helped give me one of the most powerful psilocybin experiences I’ve ever had. It was life changing. This combo of music and Ram Daas philosophy is absolutely spectacular. Thank you East Forest !!!
