for those who didn't or can't watch the full video here's the possible reasons for his termination:
While the video itself was published just before reports of his firing surfaced, several points he discussed likely contributed to his departure from xAI:
Leaking Unreleased Project Details: Ghori spoke extensively about "Macro Hard" and the "human emulator" project [10:04]. He explicitly mentioned that xAI had not yet detailed these plans publicly [12:45]. Discussing trade secrets and the strategic roadmap for a million-unit deployment is a major violation of typical Silicon Valley NDAs.
Revealing Internal Metrics & Efficiency: He shared specific internal data, such as the company’s valuation of code commits, stating they estimate $2.5 million of value per commit [26:40]. Sharing internal financial/productivity metrics is often grounds for termination.
Disclosing "War Room" Logistics: He described the internal office environment in detail, including the fact that the team moved into the company gym to work because they outgrew their original war room [01:00:57], and mentioned internal "virtual employees" (AI agents) that report to him [49:42].
Unauthorized Public Relations: Elon Musk generally prefers to control the "reveal" of new products (like the Tesla compute leasing idea) himself via X or official events. Ghori’s hour-long deep dive into the company’s "secret sauce" essentially front-ran Musk's own PR strategy.

This is great man. Sick of hearing from the same founders. Let's hear from the people actually building the thing.
