It’s not about suppressing your thoughts, but about discovering a deeper presence beneath them. In this video, I guide you through the real process of calming the mind β€” not through force, but through the gentle art of letting go, breath by breath, moment by moment. You'll learn why so much of modern advice on meditation misses the mark, and how to actually experience the stillness that lies behind thought. We explore the subtle training of attention, the power of letting go, and why true freedom begins with reclaiming the space between thoughts. This is not just about meditation β€” it's about your daily life, your peace, and your power to live in the now. If you've ever felt like your mind was running the show β€” this one’s for you. πŸ•°οΈ TIMESTAMPS: 0:00 – Yes, you can stop your mind 0:14 – Meditation myths: Should you stop your thoughts? 0:44 – What it really means to stop the mind 1:13 – The natural, free state of presence 2:02 – 90% of your thinking is useless (backed by psychology) 2:48 – Why this matters for your spiritual freedom 3:26 – Why beginners fail to stop the mind 4:02 – The real way to do it: letting go, thought by thought 4:56 – How to let thoughts pass like clouds 5:52 – Anchoring attention: breath and object of focus 6:15 – Why most people struggle with attention 6:50 – Free course to train your attention in 10 stages 7:10 – Book recs: The Mind Illuminated, The Attention Revolution 8:03 – Meditation is a celebration, not a duty 9:00 – You are not your thoughts 9:40 – Start where you are: practicing presence gently 10:25 – Why presence fades & how to stabilize it 10:50 – The real art of letting go 11:18 – Final invitation: live stillness, not just talk about it #meditationpractice #stopyourmind #nonduality #attentiontraining #presencepower

A couple gems in this one, I like the idea of thinking of meditation self loveβ€”self compassion. I also like the idea where thoughts come into your mind; you maintain on the object, and then they kind of poof move on.

The best way to learn how to Meditate, is to practice holding your breath, and learn how to relax while doing this and not to panic, because you need to breath.

There is something seriously wrong with the audio. Like a very unnatural EQ is on it.
