I figured it as a morality tale. The protagonist seemed to be the villain in what seems to be a post apocalyptic world, you almost see him as a monster. Then later you realize that it was his need for survival and the love for what appears to be his grandmother (or whatever that person is to him) which drives him.
It's a completely contrasting video of the dark and light side of humanity and what we will do to survive if we have to.

This vid is dynamic. The guy places the white "clay" on himself to switch his identity. Letting him become a new person. He destroys the older version of him being lonely and getting water. He gets the water bottle and goes to the lady to nourish her so that he doesn't become the version he seems to have destroyed.
